M + A | City Hall NYC
My first City Hall wedding ever! Andrew is from the UK and Melissa is from NYC. Brought together by working in each other's home cities these two fell in love in NY so decided to get married like a true New Yorker, at City Hall. They sat on a green couch to get married in a pink room. In style, they conquered the day and then headed to Greece to celebrate as newlyweds.

Stonegate Farms is an absolute fairytale to get married at. The property is filled with different gardens, animals, flowers, and crops which are all surrounded by old stone and wooden buildings. This wedding was classic, farm chic and filled with love.

E + M | New York Public Library NYC
A Brazilian and an Argentinian come together and make this super sexy latin combo. These two are absolute fire and literally one of the most laid back couples I know. We snuck around the NY Public Library to shoot their engagement session and it was beyond fun!

J + G | Mohonk Preserve, NY
With a couples photo shoot that ended as a proposal, I could not have been happier with these images. Jen and George and I had planned an adventure session in the Mohonk Preserve Area and the night before George reached out to me saying he would like to propose during the shoot. I nearly jumped out of my shoes... YES. PLEASE!! Needless to say she said yes and after the shoot they began a 2 week trip with camping, climbing and their adorable pooch-o Skye. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in June!

Cesar and Kevin are one of the most wonderful couples in the bunch. The love that flows through them and the people that surround them was so vibrant and true. We had an incredible day walking around Historical Philadelphia in the afternoon capturing fun and "Vanity Fair" images of Kevin, Cesar and their friends. Plus the guys and their whole crew looked like absolute rockstars.
The evening was spent at the Historical Powel House with delicious food, lots of laughs and waterfalls of champagne. Kevin and Cesar could not have orchestrated a better day filled with love, happiness, smiles, dancing, and bubbles. Love is love.

They have only been together for 1.5 years but it felt like they've been together for years! And I mean, let's talk about the style here. They look AMAZING. While we were walking around we had 2 separate old ladies yell "YOU GUYS ARE A BEAUTIFUL COUPLE." (in a thick New York accent) We also had a group of people ask us if we were shooting for GQ or Esquire. I said Vogue, I would have believed me. Check out these handsome hunks shoot.

I find new nooks and crannies with my clients that I never knew about. There are so many secret pockets in this massive park in the heart of Manhattan. K and A introduced me to some of these amazing spots. (And of course we got some classic shots too)

After being rained out for a Central Park engagement shoot, we hustled through the rain and spontaneously shot at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I was so worried about getting kicked out for my big ass camera and photography policies but Thank God I dressed like a tourist! We also went on a PACKED Saturday and still managed to find pockets where we could be alone.

An Irish Wedding located in Fishkill was the best way I could imagine ringing in St. Patrick's Day. D and M had the funniest dynamic and were so cute and sweet. They have big families that love them and treated them like royalty on their big day. And there was a TON of whisky, which I definitely wasn't mad about.

Classic, chic, timeless. D and C had a spectacular wedding in a classic West Village setting. D designed her own dress and then her mother made it for her. BEYOND SPECIAL. This NYC couple met in New Orleans and threw a bangin' New Orleans style party complete with the band they saw down south on their first date.

When my friend Jay called me saying he was getting married I said "You're lying to me. Who? What? This is real? Oh my God! This is REAL!" I have known about the lovely Heather for a while and knew how much Jay adored her. I was beyond excited when he asked me to photograph their elopement. This was my first elopement and damn are they fun! It is such an amazing intimate experience. They wanted a witchy/Salem vibe in their portraits because that is where they were Honeymooning and I think we captured it perfectly! Congrats to Jay and Heather!

The absolute perfect fall woodland backyard wedding. Gabriella and Orlando really did their wedding right. The couple just recently purchased a beautiful wooded home and decided to have their wedding and reception there. The house was mostly bare with no furniture inside but surrounded by warm fall trees and the occasional acorn dropping from above during the ceremony. The love and affection that surrounds Gabriella and Orlando is uncanny; tears of joy and happiness were shed throughout the ceremony and reception. This is an undying love that blossomed in high school and it truly shows. I was stunned by how perfectly simple and gorgeous this wedding was.

Minnesota friends, Brooklyn and Manhattan backdrop... really couldn't get any better for this proposal shoot I did with Christine and Derek. I knew these two way back in high school and even played soccer with Christine back in elementary school. Derek and I had been chatting for months about how he wanted to propose on their trip to NY and have me photograph it for them. I was beyond ecstatic. I have never shot a proposal before and I honestly got tears when Derek bent the knee. The love between these two was so sweet and genuine, a love that was built in high school and continues to grow during their now long distance engagement. That's some strong love ladies and gents. In case it's not obvious, she said YES.

Sam | Boudoir
Sam was my first boudoir shoot and I could not have asked for it to go better. When I asked Sam to be my first model he was flattered, nervous but SO down. We had a lot of fun talking about the shoot beforehand, getting inspired and executing the shoot. I cannot wait for more of these amazing and liberating boudoir shoots. I want to remind everyone, boudoir photography does not have to be for someone else. You can absolutely do it to feel self love, freedom and most of all just S-E-X-Y for you!

"I have a lot of deep seeded insecurities about my body that stem from middle/high school years, mostly. Needless to say, I went into this photo shoot feeling very anxious, nervous, self conscious, all the things. Never thought I'd be confident enough to model for boudoir photographs, but I kinda just held my breath and went for it.
Jaci made me feel at ease immediately. She's very intuitive, kind and personable. We talked openly about my problem areas, insecurities, what frames I liked, what frames she liked, flattering body positions, etc. Not having much modeling experience myself, I asked her to basically direct me as I learned. I began to relax and ended up having so much friggin fun! I already want do it again.
The actual shoot was a blast and ended up being surprisingly liberating, but I'm not kidding when I say that I have never in my life felt more attractive than I did after seeing those images. Jaci is the perfect combination of professional photographer and seasoned goofball. She helped me tap into more self-confidence than I thought I had and produced images that made me feel like an A-List movie star. I can't speak highly enough about my experience." - Sam D.H.

This couple was such a blast to shoot. Rosy and Yosef were visiting NY from Miami but are originally from Mexico City. New York is one of their favorite places to travel and for this trip they were able to leave the kids at home and come have some much needed adult time. We walked around South Street Seaport and got some great shots of the them in the city.

Our aim was to capture the spring and summer vibes and showcase her clean, healthy lifestyle brand. Cate is an amazing yoga teacher and is starting to develop a brand where she creates kits with essential oils she makes, custom yoga pillows, and much more.

Upstate Roaming Co Collaboration
Over the past 3 days I was deep in the woods of Upstate NY working on a collaboration with Ashwinn Upstate Roaming Co. I discovered this amazing company by stumbling on their Instagram (@roamingconyc) after Ashwinn liked one of my images. We then built a bond over the outdoors and creating new imagery for this adventure company's website and social media.

Ashwinn's Upstate Roaming Co is a very unique company. They straight up drop off a fully outfitted badass Jeep Wrangler right to your front door stocked with camping gear for up to 5 people. I mean, could you really ask for much else? From top of the line tents, sleeping pads and sleeping bags from Big Agnes to relaxing hammocks by Kammok. Ashwinn really thought of it all when packing up the Jeep, it's got all the cooking gear, first aid kit, even a deck of cards and all kinds of flash lights so you can explore at night. I had such a serene and stunning camping trip that was chocked full of food, bourbon, motoring, and relaxation.
